Email
Email us with your name, telephone number and the most convenient time for us to call you back. This can be any time, evenings and weekends included. We will contact you as soon as possible.

We accept credit card payments over the telephone
and through the post (unfortunately we are unable to
take switch/maestro or solo by this method). We are,
however, able to take Paypal payments online using
any card type for hat orders and sale items.

Once your garments are ready they will be posted out
to you and payment will be taken from your card.

You can pay by cheque or postal order made payable to
'The Caduce Collection'. Please write your address,
cheque card number and expiry date on the back.
 

Shipping
Shipping to the UK is charged at a standard rate of £3.95 per order. For overseas shipping costs please click here.
Usually delivery time is up to 4 weeks from receiving your confirmed order but for large orders the delivery date will be negotiable. We will always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates and keep you informed on the progress of your order.

Returns
We cannot give a refund or replacement for any item due to incorrect sizing. To be sure please send us your exact measurements and the garments will be made to fit you.

We cannot accept returns on garments which have been worn, tailored or customer damaged. You must pay for postage on all returned items which are neither damaged nor faulty.

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you register it.

We will, of course, give a full refund  or provide a replacement for any damaged or faulty goods and reimburse you for any reasonable costs incurred in returning damaged or faulty goods to us.
 

Conditions of sale
Unless otherwise agreed by this company, The Caduce Collection, in writing, these conditions shall prevail over any terms or conditions imposed in the purchaser’s order.

Goods
Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately but some slight variations in actual goods may occur.

Terms of payment
Payment must be made with orders or when requested, inclusive of all delivery charges and packing.

Delivery
The company shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Delivery dates are quoted in good faith but the company does not accept any liability for any direct or consequential loss due to delay in delivery. Notice of non-delivery must be given within 7 days of due date of delivery otherwise no claim can be considered.

Liability
No liability can be accepted for any goods after they have been subject to any process other than the instruction given on the goods. All instructions given with our products should be adhered to. Complaints relating to the quantity or the non-conformity of goods supplied against the customer’s order must be set out in writing. No claims are accepted after 14 days from receipt of goods by the purchaser, his agent or carrier.

Risk
Unless otherwise stated, all risks in the goods shall pass to the purchaser at point and time of delivery to the purchaser, his agent or carrier.

Law
This contract shall be interpreted according to UK law.
